He accuses Pravind Jugnauth and Dr Anwar Husnoo for allegedly causing the death of his brother. The affidavit was drafted by solicitor Panzhany Rangasamy. Asraf Noormohamed is being being represented by Sanjeev Teeluckdharry. The case will be called on 13 February for the DPP to determine his position.
