Mathieu Souprayen and Jefferson Marguerite won silver after losing their respective finals.
Noa Bibi Roi achieved a fine feat in the 100-meter dash. Then it was a superb Mauritian hat-trick, with Jonathan Bardottier and Orphée Topize completing the podium.

Excellent start for Maurice in athletics this morning. The women’s 10,000 m final was won by Maurienne Marie Perrier ahead of her compatriot Katie Mauthoor.
In table tennis, Oumi and Prathna took silver in the women’s doubles and Ruqayyah and Ivana bronze in the women’s doubles. Akhilen and zayyan bronze in men’s doubles.
