On behalf of our Mauritius-China Friendship Association and in my name as its President, we express our deep sorrow at the passing of former President of the People’s Republic of China, Comrade Ziang Jemin. He led China’s rise as a fastest modernizing economy and contributed to the spectacular increase in the standard of living of the Chinese people. We mourn the loss of a great global leader and we offer our deepest condolences to his family, the Government and the people of China.
