As requested by many, face-to-face schooling will resume as from next Monday for pre-primary, primary, secondary and tertiary education, SEN, technical and vocational education centres. However, classes will continue online for all possible classes. Non-teaching staff and school officials must go to their respective institutions to assess the damage, restore the schools and prepare for the start of the school year on Monday.
This postponement of the face-to-face classes is certainly pleasing to all students, but particularly the students of Open University who were supposed to take part in examinations at the beginning of the school year. In a statement issued on Thursday 3rd February, Open University has informed that the exams scheduled for 2nd and 3rd February have been postponed to 14th and 15th February respectively. Other exams scheduled for this Friday will be postponed due to non-attendance.
