Department of Health and Welfare laboratories have completed testing of 1,743 PCR tests as of 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
- 100 cases have been detected because of targeted screening exercises conducted in dormitories and factories already under health surveillance.
- 11 cases were detected in COVID-19 Testing Centres.
- 8 cases were detected through ongoing Contact Tracing exercises. 7 of them were already under quarantine on Day 0.
1,805 people have contracted COVID-19 since March 5, and 1,212 of them have returned to their homes as cured.
To date, the country has 571 active cases of COVID-19.
