The groups for the 2022-2023 Champions League were revealed on Thursday 25 August, when UEFA made the draw at the end of the day. The fixture list is now known, with the first matches scheduled for 6 September. Liverpool have been given the toughest task of the English clubs, alongside Ajax, Napoli and Rangers in Group A. Tottenham have been given an extremely kind draw for their return to the top of European football.
