Department of Health and Welfare laboratories completed testing of 1,064 PCR tests as of 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 18.
- 6 cases were detected as a result of screening in a dormitory under health surveillance with quarantine rules.
- 1 case was detected through ongoing contact tracing exercises.
- 4 cases were detected in COVID-19 Testing Centres.
- 1 case was detected as a result of routine testing in a health care unit.
1,988 people have contracted COVID-19 since March 5, and 1,270 of them, considered cured, have been able to return to their homes.

To date, the country has 696 active cases of COVID-19.
