The Department of Health and Welfare laboratories have completed testing of 1,380 PCR tests as of 5 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
- 1 case was detected as a result of a PCR test on a patient’s admission to a care unit at Victoria Hospital.
- 4 people who performed self-tests had positive results confirmed by PCR.
- 11 cases were detected in COVID-19 Testing Centres.
- 1 case was detected on Day 9 in a quarantine center.
- 1 case was detected on Day 7 in a quarantine center.
1,682 people have contracted COVID-19 since March 5, and 1,196 of them have returned to their homes as cured.
To date, the country has 465 active cases of COVID-19.
