The 70-year-old Oscar winner received imprisonment of up to 24 years as his sentence.

Before the latest trial, he was serving a jail term of 23 years post his conviction in the rape and sexual assault case during his first trial in New York two years ago.

The jury could not come up with any conclusion on accusations by Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of California Governor Gavin Newsom, and a woman known as Jane Doe 2. A mistrial was announced on those arguments.

He was also cleared of sexual battery against Jane Doe 3, one of his accusers.

He did not used a wheelchair as he had done before at court appearances.

When he was found guilty in one case, the Pulp Fiction producer looked down. Then the court read guilty in another case, after which he looked at his lawyer. Frowning, he once looked at the jury.

The trial went on for over four weeks and heard statements from dozens of witnesses was seen as an emotional testimony.

But Monday’s verdict emphasized on accusations, coming from 2005-13, by four women.

The jury which comprised of eight men and four women, worked nine days discussing on three charges of rape and four other sexual assault cases.

Jane Doe 1, was a Russian model.

The trial’s first witness, Doe 1, testified that she was staying at Beverly Hills hotel in February 2013 and one day during her stay Weinstein arrived at her room and raped her. She had come in Los Angeles for an Italian film festival.

After the jury gave verdict in the case, she said, “Harvey Weinstein forever destroyed a part of me that night in 2013 and I will never get that back. The criminal trial was brutal and Weinstein’s lawyers put me through hell on the witness stand, but I knew I had to see this through to the end, and I did. I hope Weinstein never sees the outside of a prison cell during his lifetime.”

Ms Siebel Newsom also gave a heart wrenching testimony that Weinstein raped her in a hotel room in 2005 when she was a documentary filmmaker.

Siebel Newsom also gave her statement on Monday after the verdict, she said, “Throughout the trial, Weinstein’s lawyers used sexism, misogyny, and bullying tactics to intimidate, demean, and ridicule us survivors. The trial was a stark reminder that we as a society have work to do.”

One of the four main accusers who publicly identified herself was Lauren Young.

When she first approached Weinstein in 2013 to discuss a story, she claimed to be a model, aspiring actor, and screenwriter.

According to Ms. Young, he forced her into a hotel toilet and raped her sexually.
