The match will be preceded by an opening ceremony which is expected to be “grandiose” and last more than 30 minutes according to the organisers. Fourth in Russia and finalists in the last Euro, the favourites of the Mauritians, England arrive in Qatar as serious outsiders. Can the Three Lions win their first World Cup since 1966?
