To mark Seggae Day, celebrated on February 21 in tribute to Kaya, friends of the late singer and the Ministry of Arts and Cultural Heritage are inviting the public to a tribute concert at Roche-Bois on March 9. Admission is free.

To mark the event, a major concert was scheduled for Wednesday February 21. Postponed due to bad weather, the tribute concert will now take place on March 9. The public is invited to gather at the ‘2 lagitar’ traffic circle and then converge at the Roche-Bois cemetery, where Kaya is buried.
After the wreath-laying ceremony, a concert will be given to pay tribute to the late seggaeman’s musical contribution. Indeed, friends of the artist and the Ministry of Arts and Cultural Heritage will gather at the Stade Kaya in Roche-Bois at 6:00 pm.
A number of artists will be taking part, including: Azaria Topize, Natir Samarel, Jerry & The Resistance, Ras Natty Baby, Ras Nininn, Dagger Killa, Ras Minik, Renald Collet and Tian Corentin.
Admission to the concert is free.
