The social and political activist has held a press conference on Wednesday in view of the demonstration he is organizing this Saturday, October 29 in the streets of Port-Louis. Bruneau Laurette asked the entire population to participate. “This fight is for you. It is for the future of your children. We are dealing with a dictatorial government who wants to prevent us from seeing the truth,” he said.
Sanjeev Teeluckdharry, Simla Kistnen, Alain Malherbe and Darren L’Activiste were also present at this press conference. Bruneau Laurette said, regarding the Kistnen case, that things did not end with his death. “We have to find out how many people were eliminated by this mafia-political cartel. We also need to determine how long this has been going on,” he said.
Simla Kistnen has asked the police to do their job. As for Alain Malherbe, he said that it is everyone’s duty to participate in the demonstration on Saturday, October 29.
