Reopening Borders France: Emirates Announces Relaunch To Nice and Lyon Without Quarantine

Must Read

Emirates will resume flights from Dubai to Nice from July 2 and Lyon from July 9, initially offering 4 flights per week to each city. The move is in line with the easing of entry requirements for visitors to France, from June 9. The lifting of entry restrictions will allow UAE-based travelers to visit France without having to undergo a quarantine.

From June 9, Emirates customers in the United Arab Emirates will be able to enter France without quarantine if they have completed the two-week period after receiving the two doses of the Pfizer / BioNTech or AstraZeneca vaccine. In addition, fully vaccinated passengers must also be in possession of a negative COVID-19 PCR-RT test, dated less than 72 hours, or a rapid antigenic test result dated less than 48 hours before departure. For more details on entry requirements to France, passengers can visit the travel conditions page on emirates.com.

The airline continues to lead the industry with innovative products and services that meet the needs of travelers. Recently, the company has further improved its customer support initiatives by offering even more generous and flexible reservation policies, an extension of its property and casualty insurance coverage, and by helping its loyal customers maintain their miles and status.
