Mauritians’ Favourite Brands: The Results Will Be Known On 18 May

The marketing and branding industry in Mauritius is eagerly awaiting the results of the brand study conducted by Analysis Kantar in collaboration with Mind Initiatives Ltd – the organiser of the Brand Magic Summit. The verdict will be announced on 18 May at a ceremony to be held at the InterContinental Mauritius Resort – Balaclava.

Prizes will be awarded in five categories: Favourite Mauritian Brand, Employer Brand, Brand Essence, Sustainable Brand and Inspiring International Brand. About ten brands have been qualified in each category.

Using Kantar’s reliable methodology, the study employed quantitative research via the MyVoice panel, ensuring statistically significant and accurate results reflecting the opinions of the Mauritian public. Data collection involved a mix of online and offline surveys and telephone interviews, spanning several weeks in March and April.

Analysis Kantar, an affiliate in the Indian Ocean region of Kantar, the global data analysis and consulting company, recently completed its annual study identifying the best brands in

Mauritius. This comprehensive research incorporated feedback from a sample of 1,000 respondents, representative of the Mauritian population, reflecting the age, gender, region and socio-economic groups of the Mauritian population. The study evaluated various categories, encompassing both local and international brands, with the aim of recognising the most trusted and remembered brands in Mauritius.

Since 2016, Analysis Kantar’s collaboration with Mind Initiatives Ltd to conduct the survey has been highly anticipated by businesses.
