It is to noted that it was under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PoTA) that the tiktokeur, Jean Raquel Jolicoeur, 36 years old, was arrested at his home on Alfred Besnard Street in Roche-Bois in the early hours of this Monday morning, May 2. He was found in possession of 2 sticks of dynamite, a revolver loaded with 6 bullets of 0.22 caliber, a box containing 35 bullets of 0.22 mm and 6 cartridges of the brand Rottwell Special 36 of 12 caliber; and with his band Armada 666.
