Walking: To stay in shape, I recommend 20 minutes of walking per day. Depending on your physical condition, you can increase the duration by one to five minutes or more.

It is also a very good exercise to stimulate the cardiovascular system. Much more intensive, trail running is also an excellent fat burner, provided that you are in very good health.
Cycling: Much more accessible, cycling is for everyone. Both a leisure activity and a sport, this discipline can be adapted to your convenience since you can take breaks along the way. In addition, speed bikes will also allow you to tackle the slopes without much difficulty.
The circuit: The circuit is a program of 5 exercises
- Do 30 Jumping Jacks.
- Do 15 High kneels for each foot.
- Do 30 squats.
- Do 15 push ups.
- Do 15 Mountain climbers for each foot.
Repeat these exercises according to your endurance.
