A 16 year old girl went to the police station in Trou D’Eau Douce to denounce her father, a 50 year old fisherman, with whom she had sexual relations. It is in the company of her uncle that this teenager, inhabitant of the coastal village of Trou d’Eau Douce, related these facts to a policewoman of the brigade for the protection of the family.
In her complaint made around 1:10 pm on Tuesday, January 10, this teenager related in great detail how in November 2022, which she does not remember the date or the day, she had sexual relations with her father at around 10 am. She specified that it was with her consent.
It happened at their home in Trou D’Eau Douce. The teenager expressed the wish to be examined by a forensic doctor. She was admitted to the Dr. Bruno Cheong Hospital in Flacq where the protocol for victims of sexual abuse was put in place.
The alleged suspect, who deserted the family home, was actively sought by police officers at the Trou d’Eau Douce police station during the day on Wednesday, January 11.
