Department of Health and Welfare laboratories performed 3,007 PCR tests on Sunday, July 11, 2021. The final results were obtained late in the evening.
- 3 cases were detected in COVID-19 Testing Centers. These cases are under investigation.
- 12 cases have been detected through the ongoing Contact Tracing exercises.
- 1 case was detected on Day 3 in quarantine, this patient had a negative PCR test on admission to the quarantine center.
- 2 cases were detected on Day 7 in quarantine, these patients had negative PCR tests on admission to quarantine.
1,560 people have contracted COVID-19 since March 5 and as of yesterday afternoon, 1,148 of them were considered cured and were able to return home.
To date, the country has 391 active cases of COVID-19.
