The Department of Health and Welfare laboratories performed 3,087 PCR tests yesterday, July 20, 2021. The final results were obtained late in the evening.
- 6 cases were detected in quarantine centers on Day 7.
- 2 cases were detected in the quarantine center on Day 10.
- 22 cases were detected in COVID-19 Testing Centres.
- 22 cases were detected through ongoing Contact Tracing exercises. Of these patients, 21 were already in quarantine on Days 0 and 1.
2,479 people have contracted COVID-19 since March 5 and as of yesterday afternoon, 1,316 of them, considered cured, have been able to return home.
To date, the country has 1,141 active cases of COVID-19.
