The dancer and actress Nora Fatehi will give a concert on 15 October at the Long Beach – Belle-Mare hotel. In addition to this event, the organisers are inviting dance enthusiasts aged 8 to 30 to take part in a competition. Four winners will be selected to share the stage with Nora Fatehi on the day of the concert.
The Dance with Nora Challenge will be held on 24 and 25 September at 11am at Celebs – Bagatelle.
During this competition, participants will have to reproduce Nora Fatehi’s choreographies on the following music: Dance Meri Rani, Saki Saki or Dirty Little Secret, her latest hit.
The competition is open to those aged between 8 and 30. Children and teenagers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their parents. Adults must bring their identity card.
For Amina Ghivalla, the director of Ami Vision, the organising agency, this competition will certainly highlight local talent: “Nora Fatehi and I are particularly keen on this competition. We want to allow young people to express themselves through dance and to believe in their dreams. It is precisely to enable them to achieve their ambitions that part of the proceeds from the concert will be donated to a local Mauritian association for children who do not have access to education.
