As Taylor Swift accepted the first prize of the evening, she paused to pay tribute to the victims of the September 11 tragedy of 2001. “I wanted to say that since I woke up in New York on September 11th, 23 years ago, I’ve just been thinking about everyone who lost a loved one. The most significant aspect of today is everyone that we lost. And that is the foundation for everything that occurs tonight,” she stated.

Swift won seven accolades, including the top two: video and artist of the year. She has surpassed Beyoncé as the biggest winner of the event with 30 MTV trophies.

Swift’s smash song “Fortnight,” which is taken from her most recent album “The Tortured Poets Department,” won best collaboration for her and Post Malone. They also won the final prize of the night—the video of the year, which was directed by Swift.

Based on court records viewed by the BBC, Lopez filed for divorce in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday.

The couple, who the tabloids dubbed “Bennifer,” got married in a ceremonial ceremony in July 2022 in Las Vegas and had a more elaborate wedding ceremony in Georgia the following month.

They met while working on the set of the 2003 crime comedy Gigli, and that is how their romance started. They called off their relationship early in 2004 although had originally intended to get married that year. Their connection was revived nearly two decades later.

“Love is a lovely thing. Love is compassionate. It appears that love is tolerant. Twenty years patient”, Lopez remarked after announcing the Las Vegas wedding in 2022.

Lopez or her legal representative must provide Affleck with a copy of her petition to dissolve their marriage, according to a court document in the case. According to media sources, Lopez—who had officially changed her last name to Affleck—did not include any information about a prenuptial agreement in her divorce filing.

Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, are required to provide their financial information, including their current income, expenses, properties, and debts, according to a document submitted in the case to the Superior Court of Los Angeles.

According to the paperwork, both parties must disclose any changes to their financial situation “until there is a final agreement about all financial issues in your case”. Lopez was given by the court sixty days to file a financial disclosure, and Affleck will have an additional sixty days to do the same after she turns in her data. According to the petition, there may be a court-imposed penalty if one of them neglects to record or update financial information.

The 19-year-old North Macedonian man confessed completely in custody, said Austria’s general director for public security, Franz Ruf, while in a news conference.

Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer said, “The main perpetrator has confessed that he was supposed to carry out a suicide attack with two accomplices.”

“The suspects actually had very specific and detailed plans … to leave a bloodbath in their wake.” Authorities painted a picture of the main suspect having self-radicalised, transforming his appearance and sharing Islamist propaganda online. He quit his job on July 25, telling people he had “big plans”, Ruf said.

The suspect had grown a “Taliban beard” and kept himself to himself, according to a neighbor who spoke to Austrian television Puls24.

Security officials claim that the 17-year-old suspect was hired a few days ago by a company that provided services at the stadium.

In consultation with Swift’s management team, event organizer Barracuda Music announced that it has canceled the singer’s three scheduled shows in Vienna, which were scheduled to begin on Thursday and draw a combined 65,000 fans each.

Instead of opening on September 27, as planned, the Paramount Pictures movie will debut on December 6, or about two months later. It will be exhibited on digital screens in addition to 70mm Imax prints. Well-informed sources claim that the theatrical release date was moved to coincide with the home entertainment relaunch. The film’s co-producer, Warner Bros. Pictures, is collaborating with Paramount on the revival.

The studio refutes a report that “Interstellar” 70mm prints were destroyed; Paramount asserts that it has more copies of the film archived than most other motion pictures.

However, it is not unusual for film reels to become worthless after their theatrical runs due to the wear and tear they receive while being shown on enormous screens.

When “Interstellar” debuted on November 5, 2014, it brought in an astounding $731 million at the box office worldwide. The Australian director, who started out as an emergency department physician, made the switch to filmmaking and imagined a society in which abundance is a pipe dream and limitation is a central theme.

With a staff of thirty-five and a young Mel Gibson in the lead role, the Australian filmmaker created his debut Mad Max movie in 1978. The film was shot with a camera lens that was discarded from a Steve McQueen movie, and he claims that the project’s lack of funding ultimately worked to his advantage.

According to Miller, 79, the original story was intended to be a “contemporary story set in the city of Melbourne,” but due to budgetary constraints, the idea that it was set in a “dystopian future” was born. Instead, Miller claims they chose to concentrate on what they could use, which led to the creation of the Mad Max franchise as it exists today.

“The first Mad Max was definitely born out of limitations. It ultimately turned out to be very key to it. We couldn’t afford to have car chases in the middle of the street,” he says. “We couldn’t afford [to have] the extra cars or put stuntmen in those cars. We couldn’t have extras in the street, trams or busses and we couldn’t use the buildings so we decided to set it a few years in the future,” he said in an interview.

He further said, “We could shoot in backstreets, where there were no extras and no cars, or shoot in really old, decrepit buildings where the people wouldn’t ask you for rent. And that led to the film becoming more allegorical. Had we not done that? I don’t think we’d be still doing it.”

Being a movie buff at heart, Miller had a concept for Mad Max that included shooting it in a “big anamorphic widescreen”. In the past, he said that Mad Max was inspired by his early years in rural Queensland and the dominant automotive culture there.

As a 26-year-old emergency room physician, Miller saw firsthand the region’s all-flat roads, burned terrain, and lack of speed restrictions at the time.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, Miller’s most recent book, is a prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road. Chris Hemsworth plays Dementus, and Anya Taylor-Joy plays Imperator Furiosa in it.

Original “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy filmmaker Peter Jackson and his partners Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens are producing the movie and “will be involved every step of the way,” Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav said during an earnings call on Thursday.

The project is currently in the early stages of script development from writers Walsh and Boyens, along with Phoebe Gittins and Arty Papageorgiou, and will “explore storylines yet to be told,” Zaslav said.

The working title for the movie, which will be directed by and feature Serkis in his renowned title role, is “Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum,” Warner Bros. announced in a press release later on Thursday morning. Ken Kamins, Serkis, and Jonathan Cavendish of The Imaginarium will serve as executive producers for the movie.

Warner Bros. first said in February 2023 that Mike De Luca and Pam Abdy, the then-newly appointed studio directors, had arranged a deal to produce “multiple” movies based on the well-known J.R.R. Tolkien novels. New Line Cinema, a label owned by the WB, will develop the projects. Under a company called Middle-earth Enterprises, Freemode, a branch of Embracer Group, negotiated the adaptive rights to several works, including “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit.”

And for his first film, Martin was keen to pull out all the stops, choosing his lead actors with care: “I’ve heard a lot of good things about Nalini Aubeeluck, and I’ve also been lucky enough to appreciate her talent in various films she’s starred in. So casting her in my film was an obvious choice. The same goes for Kamil Majestic, a French star with over 400,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel. Seduced by my project, he too agreed to be part of this wonderful adventure.”

Asked about the film’s promotion, Martin tells us that the priority is to get it into cinemas: “I want to make a name for myself as a director. To do this, I want the film to be shown in local and international cinemas. For the time being, I have no plans to present it at film festivals”, explains the director.

Synopsis: The film tells the story of a man, father and company boss, who wakes up one morning as a 10-year-old boy. He has to take on the responsibilities of husband, father and manager, all the while looking like a little boy. This sudden transformation will be the cause of many funny and unexpected situations.
