Athletics: French Espoir Championships: 10.03 For Noa Bibi In The 100 M

Must Read

One week after breaking the national record in the 100 m in 10.12 secs, Noa Bibi has once again flown the flag on the queen distance. With a time of 10.03 secs during the final of the French Espoir Championships in Albi where he took second place, Noa Bibi has once again improved his best performance in the 100m.

However, this time cannot be considered as a new national record due to the favorable wind speed of +2.4m/s when the acceptable limit is +2.0m/s.

In the first round, starting from the fifth lane, he took first place with a time of 10.35 sec (wind +0.7m/s). Then, in the semi-final, Noa Bibi stopped the clock at 10.23 sec (wind +1.3m/s). The final was won by Mateo Pablo in 10.00 sec.

This Sunday, Noa Bibi will start in the 200m. He will start from the fourth lane in the second heat of the first round and has the second best time (20.93 sec) among the 22 entries.
