The Alteo Group announced yesterday the appointment of David Martial as Deputy CEO of Alteo’s Property division. He has been the Commercial and Development Director of this division until now and with this new position, he will assist the current CEO of the Property division, Patrice Legris, who is due to retire in December 2022. David Martial will take over the reins of Alteo’s Property division in January 2023.
“While we will undoubtedly miss Patrice when he leaves, I am confident that the team of professionals he has assembled will be able to maintain the level of excellence he has inspired. Especially since they will be guided by David Martial, who knows the industry well, not to mention the last few years spent overseeing the Business Development and Marketing of the Property’s projects within Alteo. We are confident that he is the ideal person to succeed Patrice and bring to fruition the many projects we are working on,” said Fabien de Marassé Enouf, CEO of Alteo.
“With his natural curiosity, multiple skills and leadership qualities, I have no doubt that David will continue to develop this cluster further and motivate our teams. I am confident that with the support of all of us, he will successfully take on this new role,” added Patrice Legris, CEO of Alteo’s Property division.
David Martial is a specialist in business development, communication and marketing with a wealth of experience in the real estate and hotel industry in Mauritius, having worked within the CIEL, Sun and Veranda groups before joining Alteo in 2016.
