4 Voices is a group of singers freshly created by Sandra Marka. For their first single, the quartet chose a patriotic song entitled Nou ti l’ile Moris. Other musical projects are not to be ruled out.
4 Voices is a quartet composed of Virginie Apollon, Ashley Changon, Sista Love and Jonathan Kévin. It is the producer Sandra Marka who is the initiator of this project: “It is Sandra who is at the origin of this group. She gathered us for this common project and the four singers that we are agreed to follow her in this adventure,” explains Jonathan Kévin.
Composed collectively by the 4 singers Nou ti l’ile Moris is a song with many messages: “The song invites Mauritians to come together regardless of their ethnicity. It is this diversity that makes our strength,” say Virginie Apollon and Ashley Changon.
For their part, Jonathan and Sista Love wanted to celebrate the musical legacy of Ti-Frer and Mauritianism in their composition.
